Potty Training Chronicles: Day 15

Great afternoon today. Aidan was kind of a pistol about everything this morning, but he still went #1 a couple of times and his first success at #2!!!! Yeah!!! And this afternoon he was dry through nap and the rest of the afternoon!!!! So happy!!! He seemed to be very proud of himself too.

We are trying out cloth diapers with Ella and I have been really happy with them. I'll let you know how I feel about them after they come out of the wash tonight though, hopefully I am still happy. :) They are super easy though and are really not any different to put on than the disposables and not really that much thicker. (Thanks for the advice on the Kushies Sara!!!!)

Watching the sea lions at the zoo last week

Aidan and I had a good time at the library this evening. We just went to pick up a movie that I had requested and get him a couple new books. But apparently we stumbled upon the evening story time. And since we have to miss his story time tomorrow to go to Ella's 9 month check up (can you believe she is 9 months old!!!!) we went on in and had a lot of fun talking about caterpillars and butterflies. He really liked a new song we sang and the butterfly he got to color and bring home. Was very excited to show Daddy when we got home.

I'll let you know how Ella checks out tomorrow at her appointment. Any guesses on weight? Or what percentile for height or weight she will be? To give you some perspective, Aidan was 21 1/2 pounds and 28 inches at his 9 month check up. Ella was 16 lbs. 4 oz. and 27 inches at her 6 month. (Aidan was 18 lbs. 4 oz. and 27 in. at his 6 month). Guesses must be posted by 10:30 a.m. as that is when her appt. is. :)
