I know, that is quite the title! We begin with Ella's new t-shirt she received from her Auntie Janelle (one of mommy's friends). The t-shirt has Janelle's nickname for her before she was born, J.J. (Janelle Junior). Janelle followed through on her idea to make Ella a t-shirt with her nickname on it. So fun!
Also, the same day we received the t-shirt we got our new stove! I cannot tell you how excited I am to finally have a new stove. It looks so nice in the kitchen. It really makes the whole kitchen look about 10 times better. We bought it from Uncle Brad's place of employment and he made sure that it arrived in good shape by having a little chat with our delivery man, who was very nice, and did follow through on Brad's request. :)
Grammy and Papa Friedel came to visit on Saturday, but had to leave that evening to beat the blizzard. It was fun to have them visit, even if it was only for a short while. Mommy and Daddy even got to go to a movie in the afternoon while G & P Friedel had fun with the munchkins. Then Uncle Brad and Aunt Jenny came over for homemade pizza for supper, which is always a good time!
Aidan enjoyed helping mommy shovel the snow on Sunday once it finally stopped blowing around. He was helpful for a little while, and then went off to splash in the puddles. I was just excited it was warm enough for him to go out and play, on a day when Daddy was home and could stay inside with Ella. Mommy and Aidan are both dying to be able to go outside again!
Before we came in from shoveling we built a tiny snowman in the backyard. Yesterday, while Aidan was sitting at the kitchen table eating snack, he noticed a squirrel in the backyard. He ran over to the window yelling, "No squirrel! That is my snowman! Stay back! Don't eat him!". So funny!
And thus ends the story of the t-shirt, the stove, the snow and the squirrel.
