We had an excellent day together as a family. We were terrible and didn't make it to church this morning. We got scared away because of what the parking situation was going to be at our church after we would drive the half hour to get there. We did do our Easter baskets and cheer on Miss Livi as she climbed ALL THE WAY UPSTAIRS! Then we had a good lunch together (amazingly I cooked a ham, some cheesy mashed potatoes, corn and garlic bread sticks). Then went for a walk/bike ride around the new neighborhood and over to the Pirate Park. When we got home the kids watched Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs (well, Aidan did, Ella fell asleep on the chair). Had some homemade pizza, talked to all the grandparents on the phone and went to play outside. Excellent family day!
